The questions loan officers actually ask
Are the leads really exclusive?
Yes. Each lead is routed to exactly one loan officer: you. We never resell, re-route, or recycle a lead after it's delivered. The delivery log on every lead shows who it was routed to and when, so exclusivity isn't a promise you have to take on faith.
What happens if I get a bad lead?
Flag it in the portal. Confirmed invalids (disconnected numbers, fake names, consumers outside your market, or borrowers already in an active loan) are credited back to your monthly allocation. Bad leads never count against what you contracted for.
Do I need to buy or learn new software?
No. Every lead lands in the built-in CRM, which is included with every plan and ready on day one. If you'd rather keep your existing CRM, we push every lead into it in real time via signed webhooks. Either way, there's nothing new to buy.
How do you decide which loan officer gets a lead?
Routing follows contracted allocations, not favoritism or bidding. Each loan officer contracts for a monthly lead volume in a defined market. When a lead arrives, it's routed to the officer whose allocation and market match, with pacing logic so deliveries spread evenly across the month.
Can you integrate with my existing CRM?
Yes. We deliver leads via signed webhooks to any CRM that accepts inbound data, including common mortgage stacks. Payloads include the full lead record, score, and brief, and every delivery is timestamped in the lead's event log.
Where do you operate?

Am I locked into a long contract?
